Women in the design and construction industry gathered for a fun and inspiring one day conference, the first ever Women Build It. The day was filled with camaraderie, moments to connect, and build each other up. Keynote speakers and panelists offered insight on finding your place as a woman in a male dominated field as well as developing both personally and professionally on your career journey.
