Women Build It is a year round network for women in design, construction, and the built environment. Through gatherings, storytelling, and recognition initiatives, WBI supports women in building confidence, leadership, and lasting professional relationships.

In 2026, Women Build It expands beyond a single conference into a series of curated events throughout the year, with the Women Build It Conference as the annual capstone where the full community comes together.

Our programming is shaped by real world needs, from navigating workplace dynamics and advocating for yourself to growing as a leader, building stronger client relationships, and staying current on technology and innovation.

Women Build It is powered by Events by AGM, bringing intentional planning, strong production, and a commitment to creating rooms where women feel welcomed, connected, and supported.
